Key villages along the route include Namche Bazaar, the cultural and trading hub of the Khumbu region; Tengboche, famous for its monastery and panoramic mountain views; Dingboche and Lobuche, which offer breathtaking landscapes and acclimatization opportunities; and Gorak Shep, the last stop before reaching Everest Base Camp.

Everest Base Camp (5,364 m / 17,598 ft) is the ultimate destination, where trekkers witness the surrounding Himalayan giants up close, including Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, and Pumori.
